Human Resources management is one of the most important departments in the world of modern Business Administration. Thus, we, at UMS found that it is necessary to cater this program for students wishing to specialize in this broad area of public and private institutions management.
The Human Resources Management program is designed to provide students with full and professional expertise needed to organize and manage people in the organization through the accredited and adopted curricula serving this purpose, in addition to supplying students with the full knowledge about management in general.
The growing need to know the development stages of Individual Administration (IA) has provoked us to provide our students with comprehensive curricula which focuses on the business owners’ and managers’ needs to develop their capacities in personnel management in the institutions they own or manage.
Our distinctive curricula in the field of Human Resources grants Students with all scientific requirements that fully address the problems experienced by companies especially in personnel section through analytical skills and assessment missions which will be acquired by the student. Those skills aim at developing all aspects of work in general through the wide experience students will gain scientifically and practically during their academic journey.

UMS graduation requirements:
the student will be awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management after completing 123 credit hours for 41 academic courses over a period of four academic years or eight semesters, that are distributed as below:
30 credit hours as general requirements.
54 mandatory credit hours of the requirements of the major program.
36 credit hours for business administration.
3 credit hours for apprenticeship in one of the local companies or foundations.
Admission detail
Undergraduate Programs We review all applications submitted to registration and admissions department regardless of requester's gender, religion, nationality or any other considerations, since the university's message is based on the right to education which is one for all. Basic documents required for registration in UMS bachelors programs: UMS formal application of registration by filling all fields. a copy of valid passport. a copy of valid visa for (non-citizens). a copy of valid Emirati ID. 2 personal photos. Irrevocable registration fees. Military service report (only for Emirate citizen students. High school certificate. Emirati high school certificate. The attestation should be certified by ministry of education in the state. total 60%. otherwise, the student shall pass the foundation program, which is their ticket to the academic study. GCE students: Students who completed 12 years of school study under the following conditions: The student shall have passed 7 subjects of the ordinary level or, as an alternative seven subjects distributed among the three levels ordinary Advanced subsidiary (as) and the advanced level (a), provided that Pass level should be (c), while (as) pass level should be (d), and (a) pass level should be (e). The subjects should cover four of the following fields; languages, sciences, mathematics, humanities and arts. For students who have high school certificate from outside the UAE shall provide the university with the equivalency letter from the UAE ministry of education attached with an attestation to be certified by the related authorities, in addition to all other admission requirements
