The Admission and Registration Division announces the dates for the start of accepting applications to join the college for new students and the expiry dates of their admission, taking into account that the middle of the sixth month is the beginning of admission in the first semester, and the middle of the eighth month is the end of admission there, while the end of the admission period for the second semester is mid-month The first of every year.
The Admission and Registration Division can deal with applications received after the deadlines specified for receipt, in light of a decision taken by the College Council, dictated by the nature of vacant academic seats in the specialization accredited by the college or both.
In accordance with the admission policies approved by the Board of Trustees, the College Council sets the absorptive capacity for each semester of new students, and establishes a mechanism – when the numbers of applicants are above the limits of the absorptive capacity – to accept the most superior students in their secondary studies.
The college accepts students that meet the conditions of any nationality they were, and priority is given in the event of crowding out to the most efficient, and when equal competency among the competitors, the priority is given to citizens.
For students to be admitted to the college, they must have a high school diploma, an advanced track or a general track, (the literary department or the scientific section) previously, or their equivalent, and their final rates in the certificate be, according to the following:
1- 60% at the very least for anyone who wants to attend college in the undergraduate program in Sharia.
2- 75% for the advanced track, and 80% for the general track, at the very least for anyone who wants to join the college in a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and law.

Students who hold a high school diploma can be accepted from outside the country, or a British or American high school, or the (IB), according to the rules stated in the Ministry of Education’s decisions regulating the admission of students to local universities. The college can also accept students with Sharia high school diplomas. The recognized, provided that their final average is not less than 60%, and their admission is limited to the undergraduate program in Sharia, without Sharia and Law.
The college may accept students who have a high school diploma, or a legitimate high school, at a rate less than (60%) to (55%), in order to join the Islamic Sharia Department exclusively, without the Law Department, provided that they enroll in a foundation study program for a period of two semesters of insurance, and pass At a minimum rate (60%) of all of his courses, so that foundation program students are not entitled to enroll in any of the undergraduate program courses in Islamic law before that.
