Established in 2006, the Fatima College of Health Sciences (FCHS) aims to meet the United Arab Emirates growing need for skilled healthcare professionals. The college started by off ering the BSc. in Nursing program in 2006 and has, since then expanded to offer more than 10 degree programs at BSc. and Diploma levels in Health Sciences. The nursing program is operated in collaboration with Griff ith University in Australia. In addition to the Bachelor Degree, the school of nursing off ers a bridging program for diploma-holding practitioner nurses. The program was designed to graduate local students in the nursing field and to upgrade the education of the diploma holder nurses already in the health sector. The college has a mandate to help the health sector in Abu Dhabi and UAE in general to satisfy its needs by graduating well educated and trained nurses.

All Students entering FCHS Should fulfil The English qualification by obtaining band >= 5.0 in AC IELTS or EmSAT >=1100. Local students fails to obtain IELTS band 5.0 or their EmSAT between 825 to 1095 will be admitted to the Foundation Program to be prepared for the college entrance. ADMISSION CRITERIA UAE National students with overall high school average 70% Non Local Students with overall average 90% Original or attested High School Certificates from Ministry of Education. If the secondary high school is issued from outside UAE, then it has to be equated from the Ministry of Education in UAE. (Along with the transcript) EmSAT 1100 , IELTS 5 or equivalent Copy of valid Passport and valid Residence Visa. Copy of valid Identity Card issued by the United Arab Emirates.
