Admission detail
Admittance to EUC is on a competitive basis and is based on strict requirements including academic records and supporting documents. Applicants who meet the requirements listed below will be requested to attend a personal interview to determine the final admission decision. You can apply throughout the year, but we recommend that you do so as soon as possible. This will enable us to process your application more quickly, and ensure that you get your study materials earlier. Even if you're waiting for your examination results, please apply as we may be able to make you a provisional offer of a place, conditional on your results. An applicant who does not meet the minimum requirements for a specific program may be admitted to EUC on probation. The following requirements are needed to be considered for admittance to any of the programs Successful Completion of an Accredited Dental degree. A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0* on a 4.0 scale (Excluding the AEGD Program). A minimum TOEFL English Exam score of 550** (or equivalent). Proof of at least 2 years experience as a General Dentist (prerequisite in Orthodontic Program only). 2 letters of recommendation. Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research Equivalency (MOHESR). Evidence of Financial Support. Proof of UAE visa eligibility (Copy of Valid passport with UAE residence visa, if required). *A GPA of 2.5 to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale will be accepted for a conditional admission; however an accumulative GPA of 3.0 is required at the end of the 1st Semester to continue with the program. **A TOEFL (or equivalent) score of 530 will be accepted for a conditional admission, however Residents are required to retake their TOEFL (or equivalent) exam before the end of the 1st Semester and obtain a minimum score 550.
