ETOPS provides trainees with in-depth knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures related to ETOPS, Drift Down, and Re-Clear. Upon successful completion of the course, the trainee will be issued a Certificate of Completion.

Upon successful completion of the course, the trainee will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
The Dispatch Resource Management course provides trainees with the tools to prevent incidents and improve dispatch team performance through coordination and communication.
The Flight Dispatcher Recurrent Course (FDRC) helps to maintain and enhance critical decision-making skills for advanced business aviation dispatchers and schedulers. The three-day recurrent training lesson plan is designed for dispatchers interested in refreshing their skills and staying current with the latest industry practices.
The course provides trainees with in-depth knowledge of the duties of a flight dispatcher. In cooperation with the pilot, flight dispatchers furnish a flight plan that enables the aircraft to arrive at its destination on schedule and at the lowest operating cost. Flight dispatchers study a variety of theoretical subjects including traffic flow, meteorology, weight and balance, fuel, alternate destinations, and operation procedures including flight planning, navigation, and communications.
