The Institute of Applied Technology developed and created the aviation academy to provide the required qualified manpower to the emerging aviation industry in the United Arab Emirates. In 2012, the aviation academy became an essential part of ADPoly and its mandate to establish and implement programs capable of qualifying national graduates to join the emerging UAE industries as skilled manpower in aviation and many others.
